October’s Student Employee of the Month

Camille Zanders

October’s Student Employee of the Month is Camille Zanders, a sophomore political science and economics major from Tallahassee, Florida, who serves as a senior reporter/writer.   Camille attended Lincoln High School where she participated in the National Honor Society, Sand Volleyball, and Indoor Volleyball where she served as captain.  She graduated cum laude and was a 24 Karat Gold Senior.  She chose to work with The Hornet Tribune because she always had a knack for writing. All throughout grade school her teachers praised her writing skills, whether it was for a research paper or for creative writing purposes.   “The Hornet Tribune gives me the opportunity to use my talent in a productive way,” Zanders said. “Not only do I now have a legitimate reason to be writing, the organization also helps me to improve my skill as my stories are edited and critiqued by more experienced individuals.
