The number of coronavirus cases in the state grew by 543 since yesterday.

The June 20 10 a.m. numbers from the Alabama Department of Public Health shows 29,126 coronavirus cases in the state. Deaths from the virus grew by 16 to 828.

Hospitalizations fell to 628 from 650 the previous day.

The state has tested 339,100 COVID-19 tests, 93,568 in the last 14 days. Just over 8,989 tests in the past 14 days have been positive.
